Trading throughout the empire and with the other races of the galaxy requires covering great distances. Traveling great distances means wear and tear on ships & their component parts.

Without regular maintenance, our trade vessels would be inefficient and therefore useless.

Thats where our Engineering teams come in. Its their job to keep our vessels serviceable and making our deliveries on time.

Ripley Weaver Corp engineers operate from both our planetside servicing hubs and aboard our diverse fleet of vessels.

Working in the field requires adaptability and the ability to remain calm under pressure. In the event of a vessel taking fire from a hostile party, it will be up to the Engineering team to keep the crew alive by repairing any damaged components and ensuring shields & powerplants remain functioning until the engagement is resolved.

One of the specialist ships that the Engineering division will make use of is our Crucible maintenance vessel. Using this ship, the teams are able to take on much larger repair tasks than would otherwise be possible and dramatically reducing the required amount of downtime for the vessel being serviced.
