Welcome to the Ripley-Weaver Corps

We are a growing Star Citizen community of players who are looking for cooperative gameplay whilst retaining their independence in the verse. Here you will not be asked to devote every moment of game time to serving the Org. Participation in community activities is welcomed and encouraged but you are free to choose your own path in the verse. (within the bounds of the law of course)

Our current membership brings years of Guild/Clan experience in Sims & MMOs. From the Arma series to WOW as well as real world expertise from serving forces personnel, commercially trained pilots and healthcare professionals.

That being said we are always willing to accept new players to Star Citizen and those who are new to the concept of Orgs in general.

Our culture

We strive to create relaxed mature environment in our community. Most of our members are 'young' professionals who are not looking for drama and tension within the group. All we are looking for is a place to relax with friends and play some games. If that sounds like it appeals to you then there is a place for you here.

Which division should I join?

The Ripley-Weaver corp has a number of specialities to choose from, each offering their own distinctive gameplay opportunities. We are the logistics arm of our parent org Vault-Tec who provide construction services to an ever expanding list of players and other orgs who wish to have a fixed place to call their own!

Please take a few moments to review the "Divisions" tab and find the type of gameplay that interests you the most.

Cargo Fleet

The RWC Cargo fleet are the mainstay of the division, moving shipments across the verse ranging from cases of brandy to a belts worth of mined ore. Cargo runs will be challenging and quite often dangerous but the rewards are lucrative and worth the risk. This fleet also provides the vital service of keeping Vault-Tec planetside installations supplied with everything they need to fulfil their purpose, whether thats mining, medical, farming or security.

Liquid Fleet

Every org needs to keep their ships & outposts fuelled, thats where the Liquid fleet steps in. Primarily using our Starfarer tankers, the Liquid Fleet handles all bulk fuel and in-flight refuelling for the Vault-Tec group. This high profile and occasionally high risk operation will often require close cooperation with Vault-Tecs Security Division.

Trade Fleet

Are you yearning for a bit more from your career in logistics. Looking for a bit more autonomy and flexibility in the places you do business? Do you want to make playing the markets your specialty?

Being part of the Trade Fleet means traveling the far reaches of the verse, exploring alien markets and seeking out the most profitable trade routes across the galaxy. This work has its risks as you will often find yourself great distances from the main body of the org in potentially hostile systems. The items you will find yourself transporting will more often than not be smaller and of higher value rather than large volume, bulk goods.

Engineering

While out on the space lanes occasionally you find yourself needing to change a flat, top up the oil or disassemble the quantum drive. Some of the vessels we use also require more than just a spanner handy pilot to keep in working order. Thats were our Engineers come into play, their special set of skills are a vital part of keeping us flying. They don’t have to piggy back onboard our trade vessels though. The Engineering branch has use of their own Anvil Crucible for those jobs requiring more than just a toolbox.

Security

With any shipments of goods, nefarious attention is drawn. Pirate groups and opportunist have plagued the trade lanes of the verse ever since humanity first broke free from the confines of Earth. This makes Vault-tec Security one of the most important divisions of the Organisation. Providing both escort duties while a delivery is airborne and in transit on the ground.

This can take several forms including, fighter escorts, shipboard marines & mounted marines who make use of several different types of ground vehicles to achieve their objective.
